In order to understand parents and their priorities while searching for a daycare, we conducted primary research by interviewing 28 parents (where I personally spoke to 10) along with desk research.

25 out of 28 parents mentioned that they expect the daycare to provide them with access to live monitoring of their child when they please. This was an addition to other basic security measures such as controlled access points, high-fenced property etc.
